Hi,

I would like to get your help on this issue: I have an Elite 820 G3 with the Hp 2013 ultraslim docking station and the problem is that the docking station does not charge the battery, the battery itself seems ok since it does charge very quickly with the normal charger. I have installed the latest FW for the docking station, however, that has not fixed the issue.

HP Recommended

If the battery charges off the regular AC adapter but not the dock then the dock is damaged. You might check the connections where the dock plugs into the laptop to see if maybe there is any dust or dirt, but it seems the dock needs to be replaced.
