in that laptop if i am working with adapter it is working fine, but if i unplug and it comes to 50% battery lap got shutdown sunddenly kindly assist with the issue.
battery check with hp support assist is ok.

Hi @abmsd ,
That can be due to a few issues.
How long you have been using that battery in the notebook?
Batteries are only warrantied for one year, unless you happen to have bought a no-fault Care Pack.
High ambient temperatures also have an adverse effect on the service life of notebook batteries.
Your description of a shutdown when charge is down to 50% is usually indicative of a battery that has almost reached the end of its service life.
You can invoke Windows own Battery Report utility, copy all of the text of the report and paste it into your next reply here. Once I see the report I will be able to make an accurate assessment on the condition of the battery and be able to let you know what your next step should be to resolve the issue.
