HP 240

I'm having random connectivity issues with my HP 240 Bluetooth mouse. I've tried the mouse across at least 2 different devices with the exact same issue. I'm therefore attempting to contact support for assistance but my serial number is not being recognised. I can't find an alternate way to contact someone at HP for support the device is under warranty and it's really unusable. The connection comes and goes regularly. I really require some assistance, support and advice on this please.
