Hi,
I recently bought an HP 250 G10 (8A541EA#AB8) laptop. The HP website listed the graphics card as Intel Iris Xe, but after installing the drivers, it shows Intel UHD instead.
I found out that Dual Channel RAM is required for Iris Xe, but the same specs mention Single Channel RAM. This seems contradictory, and it feels like I can't fully utilize the Iris Xe performance.
Does anyone have suggestions or a solution for this?
Thanks!

If the installed processor is Pentium or Celeron, that is what is available.
If a pair or memory modules is installed that is not absolutely identical in all respects, the memory will run in single channel mode only.
