Hi all, just bougth a brand new HP 250 G6 laptop, code 6UL78EA with intel i3-7020U CPU.
Laptop works as it should do, but i noticed that randomly Caps Lock key keeps blinking twice every few seconds, a first blink followed by a shorten second one. After 3 seconds the sequence repeats. I read that should be a BIOS fault, but the PC is working normally and i cannot notice any issue during worktime.
Also upgraded the BIOS from version F.50 to latest F.52, entering bios, made changes (just to try), revert change... all seems to be working fine.
Driver all updated (also with HP Support Assistant)
But while on Windows (10 HOME x64) occasionally Caps Lock keeps bliking.
After some test and benchmark to avoide an hardware fault, i noticed that the key start to blink when PC reach high temperature or it's working hard (variuous tasks that keeps CPU above 70%) and temperature also reachs 100°C.
Launching Intel Processor Diagnostic Tools cannot find issues (the program show that max temperature for the i3-7020U CPU is 105°C).
The think that worries me is that CPU jump to 65-70°C simply surfing the web, and fan is very loud. Installing an app as Acrobat reader pump the CU to 90°C... too high i think for a 5 days old pc.
Can someone give me support?
Thanks

It's incredible that the support center invite me to write in forum and no one answer me. Also write on official twitter account, and no one give me assistance... thanks HP!
Anyway, i made some test and benchmark and i'm pretty sure that my new laptop has hardware problem.
In IDLE when just after startup the laptop, this is the situation:
I think 50° in idle mode are too high... anyway... launching AIDA Stability Test give me this results just after a few seconds:
and finally after 5 minutes of test, system is almost un-usable, become really warm and the fan semms an hairdryer.
and Caps Lock Key keeps blinking with 1 long blink followed by 1 short blink... and this light effect until i stop the test.
So i think the situation is not normal. Please can someone give me suggestions?
Thanks
