Product: Hp 250 G6 N4200
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello I have 3 y old laptop Hp 250 G6 with intel N4200 CPU. Standard setup was 4GB RAM and 512 HDD. I want upgrade RAM and HDD to SSD. SSD is after 5 installations accepted but memory isn't. Model I have ID 2SX63EA#BED, SN# [Private information removed]

I put 2 x 4GB od RAM but system and bios recognize only 4gb 

Memory is ok because is taken from another laptop.
