Hallo Zusammen,

 

Dasselbe Model und dasselbe Problem wie bei RichyNRW (HP 250 G7 Laptop lädt nicht, 24.07.2020, blieb leider ohne Antwort)

 

Der Ladevorgang wird durch die Orange LED angezeigt, aber es wird nicht geladen. Durch ab-und anstecken des Ladegerätes wird der Ladevorgang (wieder) in Gang gesetzt.

 

Der Akku-Zustand ist OK. Die Netzteilprüfung funktioniert nicht. Im Protokoll steht lediglich "abgebrochen".

 

Wer weiß Rat? Danke schön vorab.
