Hello, I would like your help to know which memory module I should buy for my HP 250 G7 laptop with Intel I3 10th generation processor.
According to the pdf documents on the HP website, it tells me that I can put a maximum of 16GB at 2400 MHz. But currently, I have 2 modules of 4GB each at 3200. So I have the doubt. What would be correct? Thank you very much.

Do they ACTUALLY run at 3200MHz ? You can upgrade to 16GB using compatible 3200MHz RAM but please note they may  ACTUALLY only run at 2400MHz.

As I said above, you can use 3200MHz RAM, you won't loose anything.

Thanks for posting back. You can safely install 3200MHz RAM and machine should run at 3200MHz. Could be the manual is a bit old.

Today I installed the 2 new modules of RAM DDR4 3200 of 8GB each and everything is fine for the moment.
However, I expected the Laptop to improve in speed. It already has an upgrade in Ram memory, and also in hard disk M2 Nvme and even so it is slow in some processes.
It already seems to be an Intel i3 processor issue.
And I think that there can no longer be done, right?
