Product: HP 250 G8
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So basically title, this is my work computer and i couldn't charge it because  i didn't have the charger at that moment, so, naturally it went to 0% and it turn itself down, now when i put it to charge the power led blinks 3 times red/amber and i can't turn it on, it's been like an hour like this. Normally when it's charging the light it's white, what should i do? just wait?
