Hello .

I have just bought this new laptop. It came with 16 gb ram on a single channel, but it has 2 channels. My goals is to put as much ram as I can in there, up to a maximum of 64gb ( 2 x 32 ).

How much can I put in ? Does it support 2 x 32 or only 2 x 16 ?

Specs : HP 250 G9 15.6" Notebook CPU: i5-1240p RAM: 16GB RAM Moatherboard: 89A0 GPU: Intel Iris Xe Graphics G7 ( but it displays as a UHD, the problem might be caused by the single ram channel installation ) Provenience : Italy

Thanks for any answer !

Hi:

Your notebook will support 2 x 16 GB of memory.

See chapter 1 of the service manual for the memory upgrade information:
