I have an intel pentium version of HP 250 g7 and i would want to upgrade the disk in it. It has one sata nvme disk and i want to know if i could upgrade to a nvme m.2 disk instead of nvme sata.

If it has the Intel Pentium Gold 4417U processor, the PC will support a M.2 NVMe SSD.

 

Here is a 250 G7 product number with an Intel Pentium Gold 4417U processor, and as you can see from the parts list it came with a M.2 NVMe SSD:

If it has a Pentium Silver processor, the M.2 slot only supports SATA SSD's.
