looking for the right driver for the hw id ACPI\VEN_HPQ&DEV_0004
The winver is Win 10 64-bit  1703 build 15063.296.

Hi, @offpistesau 

I would be very surprised if sp84595 or sp83846 will work, since the only hardware ID supported by those drivers is this one...

 

[HP.ntamd64]

%DeviceDesc% = HPAccelerometerDriverInstall.ntamd64, ACPI\HPQ6007

 

You need this driver for the ACPI\VEN_HPQ&DEV_0004:

 

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp64001-64500/sp64144.exe

 

This driver has support for the hardware ID you posted...
