Hello HP
On your website\Maintenance and Service Guide you say that there are 2 Memory Slots for HP 255 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC (AD0V3ET), its false advertising. You can no upgrade memory

Your model's specs you linked indicate your model has a Ryzen 3 7320U processor.
Page 2 of the service manual you referenced states:
Memory Models with 7520U, 7320U processors
Onboard memory supporting up to 16 GB of RAM (not accessible or upgradeable)
LPDDR5-5500, single channel support
Supports the following configurations:
● 8 GB
● 4 GB
The service manual appears to correctly state your memory specs, but the aforementioned HP specs falsely mention the memory configurations:
The specs indicate your model has 8 GB DDR4-3200 onboard memory and two memory slots. As you find, there's no memory slots, and your memory specs are LPDDR5-5500 instead of DDR4-3200.
It would be very unfortunate if you bought the notebook with an expectation of upgrading the memory.
