CPU

Hello, I updated the bios version of my laptop, I formatted it and the cpu usage is constantly at 100 levels f.10 I want to go back to the bios version please help me.

Unfortunately, unless the update failed, reverting to a previous BIOS version is not a simple process.

 

It would involve purchasing a compatible BIOS chip, pre-programming it with the version you like and  removing  and replacing the installed chip with the new BIOS chip.

 

I suggest using the Task manager to see which process or program is hogging the CPU cycles.

there is no process in task manager, I open chrome, for example, the cpu usage is 100.

The ability to view open processes in the Task Manager has been there since at least Windows 8.
