Greetings.
A few days ago I bought a HP 255 G9 laptop with a Ryzen 7 processor.
The usb ports don't work at all. I tested with the diagnostic tools and got the following error code. I searched in google and cannot find any information for the code. I'll contact HP support next week. Any Idea for this problem?
Thanks!

Hi @peterzhou
The Diagnostic error message suggested to try a different device in the port and run the test again.
The first place to go is the device manager to see if there are drivers loaded for the USB ports.
The second thing to do is go to the driver support portal to find the available drivers for the usb ports and install them.
You did not specify whether the non working ports are on the left or right side or all ports. That is helpful information
The support portal for your laptop
Driver portal
Install the AMD graphics driver. It contains the chipset drivers, including the USB port drivers.
