Hi All, 

 

A HP Port replicator (3005PR) has a 120mb drive on board. The storage is read only. 

The software is old and is effectively useless. Version 1.38.50 ( New version is found in SP73569.exe)

I would like to update the software to the latest version. This would help new users who sit at the desks with this replicator. 

 

HP,  can you please advise how to update the software stored in the read only storage of the HP 3005PR?

The HP 3005 PR must be faulty. I will obtain an RMA.

RMA unsuccessful as "device is operating normally"

 

Very upset customer.

A month has passed, No Response. No Help. No assistance. 

 Not even an acknowledgement.

 Absolutely Pathetic Support.

Still nothing..... Still waiting.... All I wanted to do is update the HP software on the HP hardware.
