Hi:

 

If this is your model, it comes with a 128 GB M.2 Solid State Drive (SSD).

 

HP Pavilion x360 13-u164tu Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

 

You can replace the 128 GB M.2 SATA SSD with the same type or you can get one having more storage capacity.

 

For example:  If you wanted to replace the drive with a 500 GB model that should be fine.

 

Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the SSD removal and replacement procedure...

This is the exact 128 GB replacement based on the info in chapter 3 of the service manual...
