I am genuine lover of HP product , I purchased HP laptop in 2015 but its hinge got hard and by which it's body got damaged . I manage to repair it from local mechanic after paying good amount of money. After wards I purchased two more Envy 360 laptop, as many people suggested me that 360 degree laptop three is no hinge problem but now same problem occurred in my One laptop, I have purchased it with good amount but due to faulty material it got damage. Pls try to resolve my problem, I have good faith on HP company product.

Hi @pkbadal,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for your continued trust in HP products. We’re sorry to hear that the hinge area and laptop body on your HP ENVY x360 have become damaged.
To understand the issue and determine the available support options, please confirm:
- Which hinge is affected: left, right, or both?
- Is the hinge stiff, loose, separated, or making a cracking sound?
- Is the display cover, base enclosure, or screen separating near the hinge?
- Was the laptop dropped, impacted, or previously repaired?
- Is the laptop still operating normally?
- When and in which country was it purchased?
- Do you have an HP Care Pack with Accidental Damage Protection?
Please share clear pictures of the affected hinge and surrounding enclosure. Do not force the display open or closed, as this could cause further damage.
Warranty coverage depends on the product’s warranty status and the findings from the physical inspection. The HP Standard Limited Warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects during the applicable warranty period. Accidental damage, damage caused by misuse, or damage resulting from repair by a non-authorised service provider is generally not covered under the standard warranty.
