Product: HP 470 G8
Hi,
i have an HP 470 G8 wich does not have the upper part (screen + cover). The full lcd assembly for this model does not seem to be sold as a spare part as per HPpartsurfer. I was only able to find the lcd pannel and the LCD back cover. They are a lot of spare parts for HP 470 G7, though.
So, i was wondering whether i could buy an HP 470 G7's LCD cover with all the cables (web cam, wifi, lcd), hinges, and mount the LCD panel for G8 on it, and then mount everything on my 470 G8 ("lower part"), as the LCD pannel's size seems to be the same for both models.
Thanks
