After installing a new battery to replace the damaged one and adding RAM and SSD, the HP 4740s laptop turns off after 30 minutes of operation. [edit] bios chip - intel ME - ME REGION should be cleaned, [edit] does not allow this to be done. How to clean [edit] ME REGION without disassembling the laptop

Would you mind rephrasing this?
"[edit] bios chip - intel ME - ME REGION should be cleaned, [edit] does not allow this to be done. How to clean [edit] ME REGION without disassembling the laptop?"
I do suggest running the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI utility to see what the health of the "new" battery is.
It is possible that you received a "new" old stock battery.
Does the power/charge LED indicate that it does charge the battery?

I do not believe I stated or said anything to deserve that kind of treatment.
Perhaps your English isn't as good as you think it is.
If it was, you would have realized that all I asked for was information in order to understand the problem you are having.

You may be having a bad day, but kindly keep your insults and rude side in your thoughts.
Using the anonymity of the internet to try to ruin someone else's day is more than rude.
