Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Battery is not charging.  right  now, when I run the Battery diagnostics, it is not reading the battery at all.  I have tried two other batteries and the same issue.  For some ready the laptop is not reading the battery.  Any ideas?
