Hello everyone,

   I can buy a second-hand notebook. Can anyone please write the specification by serial number [edit]? Nowhere can I find it, by product number D9S33AV is more variation. Thank you for your info. Dee

Hi,

The serial number has been removed. Anyway, try inserting the serial number in HP partsurfer and you should get a list of all the parts of the PC. On the left will be the parts of the specific model. You will be able to see the motherboard, CPU, RAM...
