I find the other way to solve problem.

I find that F20 is also automatic installation version, so you can use F20 to update BIOS to F10.

1. download F10 and F20 BIOS

2. install both and go to C:\SWSetup

3. there will be two folders sp38258 (F10) and sp55553 (F20) go in sp38258

4. copy 68DDU.CAB in sp55553

5. now in sp55553 rename ROM.CAB in ORIGINAL-ROM.CAB

6. rename 68DDU.CAB in ROM.CAB

7. start HPQFlash.exe and follow the HP instruction to udate BIOS to F10

8. after restart if everything is ok you will have updated BIOS to F10

9. go again to C:\SWSetup\sp55553 and delete ROM.CAB

10. rename ORIGINAL-ROM.CAB to ROM.CAB again

11. start again HPQFlash.exe and follow the HP instruction to udate BIOS from F10 to F20

12. after restart if everything is ok you will have updated BIOS to F20

That's It, enjoy!
