Hi everybody.
I was looking in internet some tip because I decided to upgrade my loyal laptop, because I bought new almost 10 years ago and I never had hardware problems, very slow but very reliable.
The last post that I found was from 2010 and I see that nobody did the upgrades like mine.
I'm not expert in PC and laptop anyway but I decided to try to upgrade my old laptop with budget of 110 €.
1st change was now the memory RAM 4GB 800mhz Kingston. (20 €)
Then I decided for a new SSD 240GB Toshiba A100 (75 €)
At the last step was the change the slow CPU Sempron SI-40 single-core with a dual-core AMD TURION 64 X2 Ultra ZM-86 (15 €)
When I installed the CPU I decided to make some hole under the fan but I think was not necesary.
The results Compared as before are incredible ... I'm so happy That I did it, because now it's so fast, and also the fan is not loud anymore, and the temperature is very lower than before.
Is not PC gaming of course, because the GPU is not so good but for daily use and old pc games with low specs is good. Now also Windows 10 and 64 bit can run very fast but still using to much cpu and memory (55% cpu and ram 45%), maybe I will downgrade to Windows 7 again because with Windows 7 it's super fast and the use of the CPU and RAM is much lower.

Everybody told me to put in a trash this old laptop but I didn't want spend around 300, 350 € for a cheap laptop.
I love this HP 6735s.
I would like to improve the GPU to play some game, but it's impossible.
I would like to play GTA 4 with high graphics settings (not Ultra High, even if for playing games I have my PS4 with 4K 55'' Sony 3D)
