Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

I own an HP Pabilion x360 Laptop with an i3 6th gen processor. The motherboard is HP 81A7 version 52.28 as found in the system information.

I tried to find the dicumentation for my motherboard but couldn't find one. The purpose is to check the possibility to upgrade my RAM (currently 4GB) to 8GB. I need to find the maximum frequency and if it supports DDR4.

Could someone please help me? Let me know if you need more information...

With notebooks or manufactured desktop PCs, upgrade information requests do not work in the way you have framed yours.

That is how it is done with enthusiast PC motherboards and not manufactured desktop PCs either. That is a different world.

What we need in the HP Community forum is the product name or the product number.

The product number or complete product name helps us to easily find information about an HP notebook/laptop product that a member is referring to.

You can find that in the system information dialogue or the HP Support app.
