Had same issue here.

 

Have a HP ProBook 450 G4, Windows 10 Pro.

 

After updating to version 1709, started to get that same warning after every start.

 

Followed ALL the steps posted by @Mac0730 on ‎11-26-2017 04:27 PM.

 

Message went away.
