Hello. I've scoured this site, as well as other sites, and can't get a good answer as to why this HP Active Pen G3 (which on multiple websites, INCLUDING THIS ONE, states is compatible with my device) won't write. It will connect via bluetooth, the buttons work, but it will not write on the screen. I've reinstalled all drivers, done all of the steps listed in several other threads...still nothing. I can't even find an actual list of compatible devices for my HP ENVY x360 13m-bd1xxx device.
