Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15-dr1003ca
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

This pen is not working, I even replaced the battery. I have opened the HP Pen Control app, nothing happening. Gone into Windows Settings in the pen and ink menu, and haven't encountered any setting or option that gets the pen working. There's no response on screen to the pen, or either of the buttons. Appreciate any help.

I can't find its manual but looks like it does not support an active stylus at all

This pen came with my laptop, and it worked for quite some time. I recently wanted to start using it again, it's not damaged or anything in any way. Here's an image.

Sorry, you did not mention that. Is it a chargeable pen ? If not, replacing battery may help.
