My All in one desktop has not had functioning sound since i purchased it, absolutely none whatsoever, I have run all the diagnostics and finally it has stated that my PC's audio driver is not connected. This may be a stupid question but should it have come with speakers or is it just US? Any help appreciated.

The User Guide indicates that you need to connect speakers or headphones so there must not be a built in speaker. Use bluetooth, usb or the audio out jack

Have you looked at the device manager to see if an audio device shows up and shows that a driver is loaded for it or that is is somehow not active as with an x through it? In the lower right corner of the desktop (taskbar) is there a speaker icon?
