Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop has just been repaired by the Australian Authorised Repair Centre, and shipped back to me (it might arrive tomorrow).

The Customer Service Report shows their email address is Email: @hp.com.

I assume an email address with no username will not reach the intended destination.  I have phoned 13 10 47 who cannot advise the correct email address for the Authorised Repair Centre,

As the Customer Service Report makes no mention of one of the faults with the unit (still within warranty period), I will have to contact them once it arrives back.

 

So can anyone please advise the correct address to contact the Australian Authorised Repair Centre?

I called HP Melbourne another day  then online chat with a Support staff. Few days later HP engineer actually came to my house to replace screen of my machine. Probably because my machine is still under warranty (3 years).
