I have an HP Laptop - 17-by3005tu. I have started getting the Battery Alert message on startup and cannot find my OS and Version on the Driver Update page. I have recently upgraded to Windows 11. Prior to that I had Windows 10 Home (x64) Version 22H2 (build 19045.6093) - which is not on the Driver Update page either.
The help page suggests "To resolve a battery alert message, update the BIOS and then perform the Battery Test in HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI." Further information states to only update the BIOS with a driver from the HP Site.
Where/how can I do this when the support page doesn't offer an update for my system.

The Battery Alert Error 601 indicates that your laptop's primary (internal) battery has degraded to less than 25% of its original capacity. This is common in aging batteries and can also be triggered by low ambient temperatures.
Please check this document and follow the suggested steps - HP Notebook PCs - 601 or 60X error is displayed on a black screen | HP® Support
