Product: HP Notebook 15s-fr1002tu

Hi Team, HP Laptop 15s-fr1002tu, battery is getting drained frequently, I have purchased the HP extended care pack warranty during my laptop purchase, The laptop is still in warranty period, however the HP support executive has refused to replace the battery, I got the response that battery is not supported under care pack warranty, which is surprise to me , as I have not been informed that battery won't be covered under the extended care pack.

Unfortunately, we are not HP employees and a battery replacement coverage question under extended warranty if something only they can answer.
