HP Recommended
HP Support Assistance asked me to do battery calibration. And it asked me to do some steps before that. I followed as what it says. And I tried more time to do Battery test. but still its coming like Charge state: Not Available.
I even done upgrading my battery driver.

Can you perhaps post the advanced result of the full battery test if it will run all the way through? How old is the battery? If over 2 years old it is highly likely you need to replace it.
