Hi,
I have been using the wireless HP C2710 Combo Keyboard & mouse since 1 year and all of a sudden it stopped working.
I have replaced the batteries, switched on/off, tried reconnecting both mouse and keyboard, the mouse flashes as usual but no connection.
The computer still recognizes the USB receiver in the bluetoth devices though it's not communicating with either keyboard or mouse anymore.
Any advice please?

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
