Product: Pavilion x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently bought HP Pavilion x360 and later found out that the cam is only a HD cam and not IR cam. Any possibility of getting it changed to IR cam either by 3rd party or HP service centre? Will there be any issue with the system in doing that?

I'm afraid, the web-cam cannot be upgraded. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region to know more.
