I did a battery validation utility test and the results were as follows: HP CASL Framework is not installed. It is required in order to proceed with the HP Battery Recall Utility  Installation.

How do l go about this as my warranty expired 2016? Can l install the above HP CASL Framework and HP Battery Recall Utility and how do l do it?

My battery highlights  as NO BATTERY IS DETECTABLE, am only using the AC POWER OUTLET. HELP PLEASE

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you download and install the Battery utility from the below link and test.

 

https://batteryprogram687.ext.hp.com/Utility/HP.BRCU.Full.Installer.exe

 

After running the utility please follow the steps in the below article if the battery qualifies for a recall.
