Product: HP 250 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC (511V4AV)

Hi,

 

We purchased some laptops last year inc the 5 year care packs for each, one laptop failed and had to be replaced as it was under 30 days, however i've noticed the care pack is still attached to the old device and not the new one, can this be transferred over i have both laptop serials and care pack details if you private message me.

The replacement was after discussing the issue with the HP tech guys.
