I have emailed the required documents for the Care pack rebate to [content removed] My three-year Care pack expired in March, 2024. I have not received a confirmation or anything from HP. I have made numerous phone calls to all the numbers I can find for HP customer service and only get a 'NO ROUTES FOUND' and get disconnected. The website HP.com/go/rebatecenter 'Cannot be found' so is not active. Can someone help me get a response to see if the rebate center received my email and if more info is needed?

I understand you are facing an issue with the Carepack refund. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
If no service event occurs after the purchase date of the Care Pack, you are allowed to claim a rebate for the price of your Care Pack. Please refer to your Risk-Free rebate form at the time of purchase as the program dates and conditions may have changed.
