Hello,
I am trying to get the "HP Care Pack Services Certificate - Summary" which provides the HP Care Pack Serial Number that I need to use to quote for any service or repairs that are required and whether the care pack has not expired.

I am trying to find out how I arrange for notebooks to be repaired using the care pack. I am located in Brisbane, Australia.
