Hi all.

 

Ok. How do the care packs work if you don't purchase your laptop with the aforementioned care pack?

 

Can you, hypothetically speaking, purchase an HP laptop from eBay and then cover it by purchasing a care pack from HP? (Assuming that the laptop model is eligible) if so, how do you link the care pack to the laptop?

 

Thank you.

 

Another caveat to my question: Why are some HP laptop models eligible for an Onsite Care Pack and some arent?
