My adapter is not working, though the PC battery is working fine I just bought my PC last year of August. My HP Care Pack is still within warranty until August 2025. Where can I request for adapter replacement?

Welcome to the HP English Community --
HP Care Packs vary by contract -- that just means what is covered and what is not covered is dependent on the type of Care Pack.
When the Care Pack contract was registered with HP, the purchase information would have been entered as part of the registration.
If you purchased the computer from HP, check your email archives for a message that should have been sent at purchase. Should it be necessary, details in the message(s) can act as a receipt.
Check Warranty
Open the Home Page for your Computer

Right below the name of the computer, enter your device serial number in the box.
The type of contract (if any) available for the device will be displayed along with the contract type.
Next,

Reminders – READ
Online Case Submission to HP Support is available to those whose devices registered and are still in Warranty.
Some (Most) regions display phone / chat contact information only after the case is submitted online.
Not every issue is covered under the standard Hardware Warranty. Purchased Care Pack Warranties differ by contract.
HP is not a "general" repair facility: Requests for out-of-warranty repairs are usually not accepted.
If the problem is hardware, if your device is in Warranty, if your device is Registered, and you cannot submit your case to Support, let us know and we will forward a request.
