According to HP diagnostics there's a problem with my CPU fan, and also the fans are very loud while my CPU is overheating. I still have an active warranty of 9 months, the problem is that since I bought this 2 years ago, the original receipt is now lost. Can I still repair my laptop through HP repair centers covered by warranty without an original receipt? I'm lost, thanks for answering.
