Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15-ee0020ca
I have emailed the required documents for the Care pack rebate to [content removed] My three-year Care pack expired in March, 2024. I have not received a confirmation or anything from HP. I have made numerous phone calls to all the numbers I can find for HP customer service and only get a 'NO ROUTES FOUND' and get disconnected. The website HP.com/go/rebatecenter 'Cannot be found' so is not active. Can someone help me get a response to see if the rebate center received my email and if more info is needed?
I had been told that the request was escalated in April, I still havent received anything.
