Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just have a small question about HP Care. Can you upgrade to HP Care after your standard 1-year warranty is expired? and I have a small problem with my laptop :

1) my screen has a crack 

2) some of my keys don't work 

3) my laptop heats up quickly when I use it when it is charging

Can HP Care cover all these problems for no cost or do I have to pay even though I  have HP Care?

and how much does HP care cost for my laptop.

Please use HPSA, it will tell you many things including cost
