I just had the worst tech support experience in my life!
Over an hour on chat and the tech couldn't even verify my purchase through Amazon.
I must have sent him the invoice 3-4 times via and he just refused to move further. I am at my wit's end on a failed DVD burner. I got ZERO help.
Just sending negative input through the useless Feedback tab is not enough. My computer is under warranty and I want some assistance..
How do I contact an actual human manager of the tech support staff who can assist me? I paid for something and I am not receiving what I paid for.
If any HP staff monitor this board here is the case number.

And if no one from HP checks this board, what would users who have been in similar circumstances recommend for contacting staff and tech support management?
I was warned this would happen if I bought HP: Horrible tech service.

You should be contacted within 4 business days (Excluding Holidays & Weekends).
Response times may vary by region.
Please send us a Private Message, if you aren't contacted within 4-5 business days.
Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (such as serial numbers and case details).
