I bought an HP Chromebook -14a-na0031 wm under a year ago. Looking up the serial on the site, shows that is it no longer under warranty even though it should be. The chromebook will not power up. My question: 1) how do I get HP to honor the warranty, and 2) how do I get a replacement Chromebook.

Submit a dispute through the HP warranty validation website. |
Please go to HP Support
In case of technically unsolvable problems:
(1) There should be a proof of invoice
(2) HP warranty should be valid
(3) HP support should be contacted
(4) If the "product" cannot be repaired, a new "product" should be provided.
(5) The online warranty date is often wrong (mostly the date of manufacture!).
The warranty starts from the date of purchase (invoice) !

- If necessary, select your Region / Country: Scroll to bottom of page and click the Flag
