My Hp chromebook x2 is not recognizing the attached keyboard. I tried powerwash for my device, still it's the same. Couldn't find support for this product anywhere or any place to buy a new replacement. Please et me know if anyone has an answer to this.

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
- Sign out of your Chromebook.
- Press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift + r.
- Select Restart.
- In the box that appears, select Powerwash. Continue.
- Follow the steps that appear and sign in with your Google Account. ...
- Once you've reset your Chromebook
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

If its a hardware related issue with the keyboard it cannot be fixed over the phone or in this community.
Keep me posted.
