How to find:
Open the HP Store >
Click Flag to change to your region
Search for HP Chromebook x360 14c
Open a candidate (choose a model)
Read the Tech Spec data / Specs
Example -
Search store for HP Chromebook x360 14c
first model in the results (HP Store - USA) - this one does include "backlit" keyboard:
HP Chromebook x360 14c-ca0095nr
Note: Less expensive models do not have the nicer options - Start your search "high" and work down to a budget that fits your situation.
Watch out for disk size - even though Chromebooks do not save data "on board" the device, you still need room for updates, reloads, and smaller options that tend to take up room. "Bigger" is better for disk size.
