Hi,

I wanted to upgrade my processor for my laptop, but im not sure if i can. I have another laptop that i dont use and decided to upgrade my ram on the one i do use ( the one im using to type this up). I looked up some things, and found out that i couldn't use the ram cards/chips. So i was wondering.

A. What would be the best processor that i could use, the cost, and where to get one.

B. What would be the cheapest upgrade, where to get it, the cost, etc

C. What would be a decent upgrade at a decent cost(under 100$)

My specs, (Note: These are the only specs i could find, if it is not enough info)

AMD A6-7310 APU with AMD Radeon R4 Graphics 2.oo GHz

4GBs of RAM

To upgrade the processor, you would have to replace the complete system board.

Simple answer is: you can't upgrade CPU. You need to buy the whole board with CPU. Very expensive upgrade.

$100 won't get you to anywhere. You may be able to add more RAM.

Regards.
