The only official BIOS updates for the CQ61-200 series notebooks are available at the hyperlink below.

The updates are only available for Windows Vista and Windows 7.
The installation instructions are located on the update driver web document.

The 205ee and 205sf use the same BIOS.

You can try the holding down the Windows key + the B key to recover the BIOS and pressing the power button. Keep holding down the Windows key + the B key until the laptop responds with recovering BIOS.
Why did you want to update it?
There is always a risk when updating the BIOS of a laptop or PC that has the old school MBR type BIOS.
There is less risk with the newer type EFI BIOS, but some risk is still there.
